Be your best self every day every way. Some times finding joy can be difficult during the many transitions we will deal with in life. I'm learning more and more how much I meditate while painting. Self reflection is real. This is a painting that was untitled until I started reviewing the photo shoot. I remembered how much it perked me up to see the final look. I feel like that was a moment my happier self was shining through and enjoying the moment. Make memories.
